Hardware & Integration

A Lutron RA3 system for a mid-size home typically starts around $15,000–$30,000 installed, depending on the number of zones, fixture count, and shade fabric selections. HomeWorks QSX systems for larger estates start higher. We provide a detailed, itemised quote after a free in-home consultation — no vague estimates.
For new construction, we rough-in wiring during the framing stage, which adds no disruption to your build timeline. For retrofits in finished homes, a typical 20-zone system takes 2–4 days. Larger estates with motorized shading throughout may take up to two weeks. We work around your schedule.
Yes. Lutron's app gives you full remote access — adjust any light or shade from anywhere, check status, and modify schedules on the fly. Both Amazon Alexa and Google Home are natively supported. Physical keypads remain available throughout the home for guests and family members who prefer not to use a phone.
Lutron is one of the most widely integrated platforms in the industry. It connects natively with Control4, Crestron, Apple HomeKit, and most major automation ecosystems. If you already have a Control4 backbone, we integrate the Lutron system directly into your existing interface.
Lutron Sivoia motors are built for decades of daily use with no routine maintenance required. Battery-operated shades need battery replacement every 1–3 years depending on usage. We offer annual service plans that include battery checks, firmware updates, and scene reprogramming if your routines change.
