Structured Cabling
During rough-in, our certified team installs the full low-voltage backbone: network cabling, fiber where needed, speaker wiring, shielded AV runs, and conduit pathways for future-proofing.
Hardware & Integration
Once walls are finished, we install and conceal all hardware — keypads flush with walls, speakers recessed into ceilings, shade motors hidden in pockets, all tied back to a centralized IT enclosure.
Calibration & Handover
We program every scene, tune every speaker, and calibrate every display. We hand over a simple, unified interface and provide an in-home walkthrough. Ongoing service plans available.

Yes. We install certified Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms hardware, which means your system is officially validated by both platforms. Employees simply walk in, the system detects their scheduled call, and joining is one tap. No third-party apps, no compatibility guesswork.
A single boardroom typically takes two to three days: one day for cable infrastructure and mounting, one day for hardware installation and programming, and a final half-day for calibration and staff walkthrough. We work around your schedule and can complete installations over a weekend to minimise business disruption.
We offer annual service agreements that include remote monitoring of all Crestron devices, firmware update management, and priority response if something needs attention. Most issues are resolved remotely without a site visit. For larger deployments, we provide a dedicated support contact.
